Biography: Prof. Sarma is a distinguished academician with over three decades of experience in legal education. His interdisciplinary approach combines sociology, social work, and law to foster holistic legal education.

Education: Postgraduate degrees in Sociology and Social Work from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh; LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana

Experience: Professor and Dean at Hindustan School of Law, Chennai and Crescent School of Law, Chennai. Principal at MSS College of Law, Hyderabad; KKC College of Law, Tirupati; and Manair College of Law, Khammam. Assistant Professor of Law at DNR College of Law, Bhimavaram (Andhra Pradesh) for 10 years.

Publications: Author of “Functional Language for Law” (2025), published numerous research papers in national and international journals
